She was the cherished matriarch to three children, Michael (Patsy) Mitchell, Vickie (Chuck) Pasley, and Cheryl (Mike) Bergbauer; revered grandmother to Billy (Olga) Mitchell, Timothy (Chrissy) Mitchell, David (Callie) Johnson, and Brian (Shetara) Johnson; The tapestry of Alma's family extends to her fifteen great-grandchildren: Ariel, Kayla, Julian, Simon, Aly, Merrick, Abbie, Justin, Damien, Kirsten, Harley, Asher, Reese, Lily, andWinter. The family circle includes the joyous addition of her great-great-grandchild Ezra, who brightened her later years. Alma also leaves her beloved sister, Kathleen Fox, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, who all felt the warmth of her unwavering support and humor. She was preceded by her granddaughter Shannon Mitchell, her brothers Billy, Carlos, Arly, and Eddie Combs, and her sisters Inez Noble, Ilene Norwich, and Nancy Woody.
Alma embraced the role of homemaker with a passion that resonated through the walls of her home and beyond. Her strong affiliation with Peyton's Lick Christian Church reflected her unwavering commitment to her faith.
