Barbara Sue Elam Brewer, of Paris, wife of Robert C. "Bobby" Brewer, departed this life on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at her home, having attained the age of 75 years. She was born in Bourbon County on August 5, 1946, the daughter of the late John and Beulah Vickers Elam, was a 1965 graduate from Bourbon County High School, retired from Ramset as a machine operator, having worked for twenty-nine years, and a member of River of Life Ministries. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Shane "Robbie" Brewer, and a daughter, Tammy Darlene Ishmael. Surviving along with her husband Bobby, are their grandchildren, Justin (Samantha) Ishmael, Jeremy Ishmael, Kayla Ishmael, Tyler Ishmael, Hailey Renee Brewer, John Thomas Brewer and Robert Alain Brewer. Also surviving are great grandchildren, Savannah Ishmael, Emilee Ishmael, Jordan Ishmael, Brooklyn Ishmael, Braelynn Ishmael, Eric Brewer, Kolton Brewer; a sister, Linda (Buddy) Florence; brothers, Gene (Sue) Elam, and Larry (Barbara) Elam. The funeral service for Barbara Sue Elam Brewer will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at River of Live Ministries. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memory Garden with casket bearers being Justin Ishmael, Jeremy Ishmael, Tyler Ishmael, John Brewer, Robert Brewer, and Danny Elam.
