Billie Jean Watkins, 69, widow of Earl T. Watkins, passed away Thursday February 18, 2021.

Born in Lexington KY, she was the daughter of the late Etta Adams and Earl E. Crouch.

She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, three daughters, Lisa (Eddie) Sexton, Billie Jo (Tommy) Ritchie and Lawanda Gidget (Donnie) Reed; a brother, Earl T. (Patsy) Crouch; sister-in-law Jenny Adams; grandchildren, Josh and Kallie McVey, Brittany and Eric Andrus, Goldie and Goble Chaney, Brady, Kyle, Jayden and Collin Reed and Issac Sexton; ten great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Billie was preceded in death by her two brothers Donnie R. Crouch and Glen A. Adams; a sister, Tammy Capps and three children, Sheila, Ferlin and Dennis Watkins. Services will be conducted at 2:00pm Monday at Kerr Bros.-Main St. by Rev. Brenda Routt. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 1-2pm Monday.
