Mrs. Billie June Ramsey age 81, of Mt.Vernon, Ky. passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. She was born on January 22, 1938 in Imboden, Virginia the daughter of the late Hurtis and Rose Hall Horner. She was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are: two sons; Donald Ramsey of Panama City, Florida, and David Ramsey of Pennington Gap, Virginia. Two brothers; Larry, and Jay Horner, and four sisters: Barb Horner Edens, Linda Horner Arnette, Judy Horner Carter, and Teresa Horner Wells. Four grandchildren, and Six great grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by: her husband of 64 years; William "Bill" Ramsey, by one son; Steven Ramsey, by one brother; Joe Horner, and by two sisters; Dorothy Horner King, and Jean Horner Vocke.

Graveside services for Mrs. Billie June Ramsy will be conducted  11 AM Friday November 29, 2019 at the Evergreen Memory Gardens in Bourbon County, Ky. with Sally Iseral officiating.
