Mrs. Bonnie Stephens, 84, widow of Lester Stephens, died Tuesday July 18, 2023.

Born on June 1, 1939, in Moreland, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Rosie Simpson.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Leslie Sue Isham and Raymond Douglas (Elaine) Stephens; her grandchildren Larry James (Nina) Standiford, Celeste Marie Carpenter, Jasmine Rae Stephens, and Jacob Douglas Stephens; her great grandchildren Austin Alan (Lexie) Ritchie, Dylan Douglas Ritchie, and Kadence Elaine Standiford; her great-great grandchild Bane Allen Ritchie; her siblings Carolyn Ann (Joe) Gognat and James "Buddy" Simpson; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held for Bonnie on Monday, July 24, 2023, from 11-1pm at Antioch Christian Church, 5362 Paris Pike, Lexington, KY 40511, with a service starting at 1pm. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Paris, KY.
