Brenda Sue Johns Harrison, 73, widow of Dallas Harrison, passed away Wednesday, November 3 at her home. Born May 31, 1948 in Nicholasville, KY, she was the daughter of the late William Houston and Daisy Fain Johns. Mrs. Harrison was a phlebotomist at the University of Kentucky Hospital. Mrs. Harrison is survived by three children, Melissa Proffitt, Tina K. (Roger) Vittitow and Stephanie (Dean) Roberts; nine grandchildren, Misty Mora, Stacy Calhoun, Tiffany Calhoun, Samantha Proffitt, Sabrina Calhoun, Jaime Michele Pindea, Charles Smith, Jessica Smith and Jade Roberts and twenty one great grandchildren. Along with her husband she is preceded in death by daughter Tammy Proffitt. Funeral Services will be 2pm Sunday, November 7 at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Rd. with Chaplain Tyler Greene officiating. Burial will be 12pm Monday at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 11am till the time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
