Brenda Sue Frederick, 68, passed away Saturday November 30, 2019 at Baptist Health in Lexington.

She was born on January 2, 1951 in Lexington to Dortha Alexander Nave and the late William Thomas Nave. She was retired from the Fayette County Public Schools as a bus monitor.

She is survived by her husband, Don Frederick, daughters, Donita (Christopher) Browning, of Nicholasville, Brandi (Carl) Pitts, of Paris, sisters, Betty Prather, of Lexington, Beverly (Billy) Woodrum, of Lexington, brother, Robert (Emma) Nave, of Florida, grandchildren, Christian Danielle and James Thomas Browning, Brianna Marie and Toby Aaron Pitts, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Nave, sister, Billie Canter, and brother-in-law, Buddy Prather Sr.

Funeral services will be Thursday December 5th, 10 AM at Parkway Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Keith Sands. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 -8 pm at the church. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Paris. Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Canter, James Thomas, Browning, Glen Wyatt, Matthew Pennington, Buddy Prather, and Joey Rigney. Memorial contributions are suggested to Parkway Baptist Church
