Carolyn Francis Jackson, 83, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022.

Born in Lexington she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret Jackson. She retired from IBM and was a faithful member of Historic St. Paul AME Church where she served in many capacities. She was a Life Member of the Missionary Society.

She is survived by her daughter, Candice Jackson; granddaughter, Kyla Jackson who she shared a special bond; her brother, Harold Jackson; her sister, Gloria (James) Luter; nieces, Monica and Stephanie, nephew Harold Jackson, Jr., as well as a host of cousins and her special friends, Karen Best, Bessie Jackson, Clarence Miller and as well as a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 12pm Monday, July 25, 2022 at Historic St. Paul AME Church.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 11am-12pm at the church.
