Charlotte Ann Stewart Buckingham, 77, passed way on December 26, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on March 4, 1941 in Pineville, KY to the late Joe and Viola Tinsley Stewart.

Survivors include her children, Danny Buckingham (Kim), Debra Clem (Randal), Kathy Buckingham, and Timothy Kilmer; her brother, Arliss Stewart (Gaye); and sister-in-law Judy Stewart; grandchildren, April Castro (Juan), Amanda Todd (Joe), Anne Marie Clem, Joshua Clem; great-grandchildren, Megan Townsend, Juan Castro, Selina Castro, Cristian Castro, Kylie Todd, Brayden Todd, Addy Todd, and Tanner Estes. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Niles Buckingham; and her siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Main Street. Visitation will be from 12PM until the time of service.

Committal Services will be held at 3pm in the Garden of Everlasting Life
