Cherié Nicole Tye, 41, died Sunday November 14, 2021 in Lexington, KY. She was born in Lexington, KY and was the daughter of Vernita Tye and Steven Davis of Paris, KY. Cherié was a hospitality employee of the Ramada Inn – Lexington. In addition to her parents, she was also survived by three children, Alexis Tye, Ciéra Tye and Chéz Tye; one sister, Sasha Davis; one aunt, Laura Tye; special friend, Chez Marks; one uncle, William Scott Tye III and a host of cousins and friends. She was also preceded in death by an uncle, Jason Higgins; grandparents, William and Alletta Tye; special grandma, Elsa Davis and a special friend, Coretta Marks. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Saturday November 20, 2021 at the Seventh Street Christian Church, 122 West 7th St., Paris, KY by Rev. Dr. Morgan Gilkey. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens, Paris, KY. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Saturday November 20, 2021 until the hour of service at the church.
