Clifford Eugene Cornwell, 61, husband of Barbara Johnson Cornwell and widower to the late Sharon Cornwell, died Sunday September 4, 2022 at the Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, KY.

He was born in Mount Sterling, KY to Annie Ballard Jenkins and the late Clifford Cornwell. He was a retired farmer, working many years with Clyde Olsen. Clifford loved fishing and working on cars. He was a good husband, father, son and brother.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by two sons, Cody (Kacy) Cornwell and Bradley Cornwell; one daughter, Maryann Cobb; three stepchildren, Gary, Debbie and Joe Richardson; two sisters, Beulah (Billy) Richards and Sharon (Mark) Freudenberg; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday September 10, 2022 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Rev. Sam Campbell. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Saturday September 10, 2022 until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Cody Cornwell, Kevin Richards, Randy Lyle, Kota Schmidt, Caleb Allsept and Gary Ballard.
