Connie was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, and attended Portsmouth Business College. On October 19, 1956, she married the love of her life, Roger Lowe. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised two sons, Dean and Dale. In 1960, Connie and Roger moved to Lexington, Kentucky, where they owned and operated Rogers Aluminum, Inc. (now Rogers Windows) for 34 years.

Connie will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful smile, her adventurous spirit and love of travel, and, most of all, her unwavering devotion to her family. She was a loyal friend, a loving mother, a devoted wife, and the best Meemaw to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her warmth, kindness, laughter, and love created memories that will be treasured by her family and friends for generations to come.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lowe; her parents, Mildred Jayne Drumheller and Robert Jayne; her brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Donna Jayne; and her son, Dale Lowe.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Debbie Lowe; her daughter-in-law, Ashley Lowe; her grandchildren, Curtis (Becca) Lowe, Cecilia (Jeffrey) Goh, Warren Lowe, Tanner (Ashton) Lowe, Dakota Lowe, and Miranda Lowe; and her great-grandchildren, Jordyn Lowe, Jaxon Lowe, Liberty Lowe, Emma Lowe, Ace Lowe, Miller Goh, and Joanna Goh.

Connie leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Her beautiful smile and generous heart will be deeply missed, but her love will continue to live on through the family she cherished so dearly.

There will be a graveside service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 11th at 1:00pm.
