Danny Paul Counts, 73, husband of Gail Lynn Vires Counts, died Monday June 2, 2025. Born in Ashland, Kentucky on August 29, 1951, he was the son of the late William and Lula Mae Roberts Counts. Danny was a retired line maintenance employee of GTE Sylvania, Versailles. Additional survivors include a daughter, Sabrina Stone; a son, Danny Paul Counts II; five grandchildren, Savannah Nunley, and Eli, Benjamin, Jack, and Allison Counts; two great-grandchildren, Owen and Emi Nunley; one brother, William; three sisters, Linda, Stephanie, and Sherry; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00pm Friday, June 6, 2025, at Kerr Brothers- Main Street by Bro. Rick Stone. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 11am-12pm Friday.
