Daonna Jean Collins was born on July 11, 1972.  She was the daughter of the late James Mayfield and Ella Pauline (Tommy) Williams. She departed this life on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

She was educated in the Fayette County Public School System and attended Bryan Station High School.

Daonna attended Mt. Olivet Baptist Church under the pastorate of Bro. Dwayne Walker. There she enjoyed being in fellowship and in the presence of the Lord.

She is survived by her mother, Ella Pauline Williams; step-father Thomas "Tommy" Williams; three children, Thomas Paul Williams, Ella Daon Girdler and Cameron Perkins; three grandchildren, Lucas Burdette, Adley Perkins and Denver Robinson; five siblings, Shawnda Phipps, James Mayfield, Jr., Rhonda Bradley, Trevor Mayfield and Jamie Mayfield; an uncle, William Dykes; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
