Born September 1, 1944 in Fayette County, KY, Dean Relford, Sr. got his wings on December 11, 2024.

He was the son of the late John William and Nancy (Williams) Relford. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wives Charlene and Gwendolyn, his son Dean, Jr. (DJ), sisters Florence and Henritta, brothers John Allen, Charles, Wallace, his twin Gene, Donald Richard, Preston and William (Jake).

Dean retired from Vaughan Tobacco Warehouse.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son Lawrence, daughter Victoria, grandchildren Heather Relford of Algiers, Louisiana; Dean Relford, Ill, of New Orleans, Louisiana, Malcolm Relford, Lawriana Relford and Lawrence Relford, Jr. of Lexington, KY; sisters Anna Gilkey of Indianapolis, IN; Faye (Jon) Jones of Lexington, KY; Glenna McKinnon of Georgia; and brother James (Delores), of Lexington, KY, several sister and brother in laws and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 2:30pm in our Garden of Serenity.
