Obituary

Douglas Keith Eades born February 10, 1958 in Lexington, to Roscoe and Ann Eades. Doug was a very faithful church attendant. He was a previous member of the Ashland Avenue Baptist Church and a current member at Heritage Baptist Church. Doug visited the local Waffle House restaurant every day for breakfast. When at home, he played solitaire (with real cards). Doug retired from Fayette County Schools where he served 30 years as a custodian. Doug is survived by his mother, Anna Mae Daily Eades, a sister, Linda Baker of Texas and her children: Sonny (Kim) Baker and Lindsay Baker. He also leaves behind his nieces Stacey (Derrick) Linder and Theresa (Marlon) Morris and nephew Darrin (Peggy) Murriner. Doug had 5 great nieces and one great nephew: Amanda (Chris) Phipps, Valerie Morris, Peter, Lydia and Elizabeth Murriner and Kenzie Baker. He is preceded in death by his father, Roscoe Eades and his sister Jane Eades Murriner.


Visitation for the family will be August 4 11:30-12:00 and visitation for everyone else 12:00-1:30. This will take place at Heritage Baptist Church 163 North Ashland Avenue Lexington. Graveside service will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens 5364 Lexington Rd, Lexington Ky.
