Elmer Ray "Boo" Spencer, 41, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020. A native of Lexington, Kentucky he was born on February 12, 1979 to Bertha Patrick Spencer and the late Paul Spencer, Sr.

Boo loved being with his kids and family, watching the Dallas Cowboys play football, and fishing. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Desiree Spencer, Dalton Spencer and Dallas Spencer; his sisters, Della Smith, Wilma Egner, Annie Lockwood and Brenda Morgan, all of Lexington; his brothers, Paul Spencer, Jr. Wilmore and Wayne Spencer, Lexington; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Ricky and David Spencer. Private Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lexington Humane Society.
