Elsa Viola Williams Davis, 82, died Wednesday December 19, 2018 at her home.

A native of Carlisle, KY, she was the daughter of the late Bernie Bee Williams and the late Mary Simpson Johnson Rice. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, Georgetown, KY.

She is survived by six children, Marilynn Marriott, Romona Happy, Steve Simpson (Vernita) Davis, Richard Davis, Charles Evans, Kimberly Clark (Shadaryl); 22 grandchildren; host of great grandchildren; two sisters, Rosemary Compton and Charlene Lang and several nieces, nephews, and a special friend, Joan Faye Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Floyd Williams, Albert Williams, Leslie Williams and Harry Williams and four sisters, Emma Fields, Betty Williams, Arlene Patterson and Elizabeth Buckner.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Wednesday December 26, 2018 at the Zion Baptist Church, 312 W. 8th St., Paris, KY by Rev. Aaron Crumbie and Rev. Dr. Morgan Gilkey.  Visitation will be from 12:00 PM Wednesday December 26, 2018 until the hour of service at the church. Pallbearers will be Dwayne Williams, Clifford Williams, Chris Porter, Brandon Porter, Chez Marks and Dominique Hawkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Black and Deborah Bryant. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY 40361.

Inurnment services will be held Thursday, February 22, 2019 at 12: Noon in our Garden of Christus Memorial Garden
