STEELE Harold L., Jr., born September 12, 1960 in Madisonville, KY peacefully went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2018 after an extended illness.

He was the son of the late Harold Steele, Sr and Norma J. Steele. Harold professed his hope in Christ at the age of 5 and was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church where he was a member of the Sunday School and the Youth Group. Harold drove the church bus and participated in the Women's Enhancement weekend, serving as an escort for the women. Harold was a graduate of Bryan Station High School and attended Kentucky State University. Harold later moved to Greenville, KY where he was the Administrator at Poplar Grove Nursing Home in Greenville and Mayfair Manor Nursing Home in Madisonville, KY. He was an avid sports fan and loved watching the University of Kentucky Wildcats play.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold L. Steele, Sr, his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Annie M. Jones, and his paternal grandparents, John and Samella Steele. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Allan Steele, four grandchildren, his loving mother, Norma J. Steele, brother, Randall Steele (Kim), sister, Darletha Clark, nephew, Randall Steele, Jr, special friends Will Simpson, Steve Lee, and Leo Walker. Service 1pm Tues Aug. 28, 2018, Shiloh Baptist Church. Visitation 11am.
