Herb R. Rice Funeral Time: Tuesday, May 1st at 2:00PM

Herb R. RICE, 38, husband of Kathleen Costello, passed way Thursday, April 26, 2018 in Clark Co. Born July 14, 1979 in Lexington, KY, he was the son of Herbert H. Rice, Jr. and Norma Stinnett Rice.

Herb was an Eagle Scout and a Kentucky Colonel. He attended the University of Kentucky and was a member of Grace Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he is survived by a host of aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tues., May 1, 2018 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. by Pastor Terry Freeman and Pastor Steve Price.

Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Tues.
