Obituary
Visitation for Herbie Booker, Jr. will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2021, 11am-1pm. Service starts at 1pm at Unity Worship Center, 1975 Haggard Ct. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. in our Garden of Everlasting Life. Smith & Smith Funeral Home, Lexington, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
