James Orr Traylor, 85, husband of Wanda Marie Harris Traylor for 65 years, passed away Sunday February 11, 2018 at the Bourbon Heights Nursing Home after a long battle with Alzheimers.

A native of Paris, KY he was the son of the late Henry and Ailene Williams Traylor. He was a retired mechanic for East KY Power and Columbia Gas and a veteran of the United States Air Force serving during the Korean War.

In addition to his wife he is survived by three children, Kenneth (Sharon) Traylor, Steve (Ginger) Traylor and Janice Traylor; three grandchildren, David Traylor, Samantha Traylor and Hannah Garrison; three great grandchildren, Alisa, Amaris and Josie and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one brother, Henry Traylor, Jr. "Junie" and one sister, Helen Lemons.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 PM Friday February 16, 2018 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Rev. Chuck Perry. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Thursday February 15, 2018 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Traylor, Ronnie Traylor, Donnie Wasson, Charlie Hardin, Larry Davis and Roy Crump. Honorary pallbearer will be David Traylor.
