John Marvin Combs, 80, widower of the late Dallas Jane Combs, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Bowling Green, KY.

He was born in Clark County, KY May 6, 1938 to the late Henry Marvin and Viola Hall Combs and was a beef cattle farmer in Logan County, KY.

John is survived by his children, Tammy Combs Brown (Al Hurlbutt) of Bowling Green and Mark (Ann) Combs of Lexington; three grandchildren, Laura Ashley Brown (Aaron Nicholson), Joshua and Daniel Combs; siblings, Carrie Willoughby, Faye Abney, Paul Combs and Mary (Tracie) Reece.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Willoughby.

Visitation will be 5-8 Tuesday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road. Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Steve Pearson from, Church of the Savior on Brannon Road, Nicholasville, KY. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens in Paris, Ky.
