IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kash Marsen
Dion Sligh
September 13, 2023 – March 27, 2025
Kash Marsen Dion Sligh was born on September 13, 2023, to Marwan J . Sligh and Kautaisha Cloyd . On Thursday, March 27, 2025, Kash was called home unexpectedly, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him . Affectionately known as "Kash," he was a beloved son, brother, grandson and a light in the lives of many . His infectious smile and laughter could brighten any room . Kash had a playful spirit and a loving heart . He adored watching Bluey the cartoon . He also enjoyed mash potatoes, his Mimi's Famous Fried Ribs, and found joy in playfully trying to quiet his sister, Kay'Lani, whether by covering her mouth or giving her a crazy look . His love and warmth will be deeply missed by all who loved him . Kash was preceded in death by his great-great-grandmothers, Flora Fullwood and Vera Bobbitt, and his great-great-grandfather, William A . Briscoe . In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, his siblings, Marwan D. "Butt Butt" Sligh and Kay'Lani R. Sligh; uncles, Xavier Edwards, Da'Lavon Stevenson, Zakuan Cloyd, Zay'Varion Thompson and Kysen Thompson; two aunts, Mar'Harr Walton and Pasheon Jones; he also leaves sweet memories with his grandparents, Trekeisha Edwards of Berea, Patrice Thompson of Lexington, Likuana (Ashley) Cloyd of Tennessee, Kelly (Kevie) Bobbitt of Georgetown and Ben Sligh of Lexington; a host of loving great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and other extended family . Though his time with us was brief, Kash's love, joy and life will forever remain in our hearts . His spirit will lived on in the precious memories we all shared . Rest in Paradise, our sweet baby Kash
