On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, the Lord called Kay Frances Scott Dabney to her heavenly home. Kay was born on November 30, 1948, to Anthony and Eliza Scott in Lexington, Kentucky. She leaves to cherish her memory 2 children; Gregory Dabney, Jr. (Sarah), Andrea Dabney Williams (Frank); 2 sisters, Barbara Jean Helm (Finley), Paulette Agbenu (Noel); 1 brother, Anthony O. Scott, Jr. (Sharon); 4 grandchildren, Devon, Ryann, Kole and Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, September 30th at 11am at Main Street Baptist Church. Funeral will follow at 12pm. Interment at Evergreen Memory Gardens.
