Lola Denning, 75, of Mullins, South Carolina, passed away peacefully. She was born on March 15, 1951, to Samuel L. Jackson and Marie Buie Denning.
Lola was a loving mother, grandmother, and a strong presence in the lives of her family. She carried herself with resilience and grace, touching the lives of those around her in meaningful ways.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel L. Jackson and Marie Buie Denning.
She is survived by her children, including her eldest son, John Denning Jr., and her son, Lorenzo Denning, along with his wife, Melody Denning. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Leilani Denning, Nandi Denning, and Kyeya Denning, who brought her great joy and pride. Lola’s legacy continues through her family, whom she loved deeply.
She is also survived by a host of extended family members, including in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will all miss her deeply.
Lola shared a meaningful companionship with Phillip Finley, who was a special part of her life.
Lola was actively involved in her community and was known for her kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others. She made a lasting impact on those around her through her caring spirit and dedication to uplifting others.
She will be remembered for her strength, her love for her family, and the warmth she shared so freely. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Ms. Denning was cremation. Her services will be held at a later date
