Phyllis Joann Hyatt Campbell, age 80, Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Harrison County died Friday, April 21, 2023 at Shore Point in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Born in Millersburg on September 13, 1942 to the late Marion and Olivia "Lillie" Belle Guy Hyatt, she was a retired nurse's aide for Bourbon Community Hospital and was a very gifted artist and loved to sing. Phyllis was very active in her church, where she taught Sunday school and the youth. She was the "World's Greatest Stepmother".

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Rae Campbell; three brothers, Tolbert Hyatt, Norman Hyatt and James Hyatt and a sister, Laura Hyatt.

She is survived her husband of 60 years, Douglas B. Campbell; two daughters, Tammy (Josh) Penkalski and Teresa McCarley, two brothers, Gene Hyatt and Donald Hyatt; five grandchildren, Page (Joe) Harman, Mary Alice (Aulander) Daniels, Henry Schrader, Sarah (Josh) Hull and Eric Delaney and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Samuel Campbell with visitation at 11:00 A.M.
