It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deacon Richard B. Briscoe Sr., who peacefully left us on March 18, 2025. His unwavering faith, kindness, and dedication to his family and community will forever be cherished.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and again on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church, with the funeral service following at noon. Burial will take place at Evergreen Memory Gardens, where Deacon Briscoe will rest in peace.
