Shane Michael Kissick, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2022 at the age of 41.

He was born on August 3, 1981 in Lexington, Kentucky. Shane enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and his dog, Lola.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen Kanatzer Forenback (Harold) and Shirley Kissick. Shane leaves to cherish his memory, his loving mother, Helen Kissick Samples; his sister, Amanda Kissick Gerton (Greg A Gerton); a nephew, Greg D Gerton; a niece, Dejah Gerton; a great nephew, Kanan Gerton-Sharp; his girlfriend, Krista Bradley, and a host of other relatives and friends.
