Stacie Lynn Brugger, 21, died Monday, February 7, 2022 in Unicoi, Tennessee. Born in Ashville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Donald "Donnie" Brugger and April Trivette Smith. She worked at the ACT Call Center in Kingsport, TN, loved to draw and was a tattoo artist. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her stepmother, Christy Brugger; three sisters, Briana Brugger, Jaiden Brugger and Marissa Brugger; four brothers, Jackson Brugger, Spencer Sadler, Taylor Sadler and Eric; special niece, Paisley Grace Bailey; grandparents, Debbie Graybeal and Randy and Marsha Barnwell and a great aunt, Judy (Rick) Watson. She was preceded in death by grandparents Ronnie Trivette and Marie Phillips. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Monday, February 14, 2022 at Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main Street, Paris, KY by Rev. Randy Barnwell. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Sunday, February 13th at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jackson Brugger, Spencer Sadler, Taylor Sadler, Jarred Earlywine, Dylan Barrett and Billy Murphy. Memorials may take the form of contributions to Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home to assist the family in paying for funeral expenses.
