Sue Spurlock, 76, wife of Douglas Spurlock, passed away Monday, October 17, 2022, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born October 5, 1946, in Richmond, KY to the late Matthew and Katherine Short Rollins.

Sue was a graduate of Henry Clay High School and was retired from GE. She was a member of Man O' War Church of God and loved to sing in the choir and was part of the prayer chain.

Along with her husband Douglas, she is survived by her sons, Robert D. (Rebecca) Spurlock and Douglas Lee (Gina) Spurlock; grandchildren, Jennifer (Kody) Neihaus, Dana-Marie Spurlock, Christopher Spickard, and Benjamin Werner; a great grandson, Wyatt Neihaus; a brother, James M.B. (Ginny) Rollins; and sisters, Brenda Moody and Becky (James) Kidwell. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Tony Rollins.

Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, October 22 at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road, by Pastor Mitchell Tolle and Rev. Richard Ussery. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
