Tommy E. Barnhill, of Paris, departed this life on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at his home, with family by his side, having attained the age of 76 years. He was born in Georgetown, Kentucky, on August 8, 1944, the son of the late J.T. and Geneva Sharon Barnhill, was a high school graduate, a truck driver for Northside R.V., and a lifetime member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, having loved motorcycles. He never met a stranger as he loved talking and joking around with everyone he met, loved watching old television shows, and John Prine. He was a member of the Hutchison United Methodist Church. Surviving is his wife, Margaret Fogle Barnhill; children, Jimmy (Andrea) Barnhill, Patty (Jeff) Sallee; five grandchildren, Ashley (Joseph) Brashear, Heather (Todd) Phillips, Josh (Allie) Sallee, Jeremy (Katie) Sallee, and Stephanie Barnhill. Also surviving are seven great grandchildren, Easton, Elliana, Ava, Anniston, Amelia, Owen, and Evelyn; as well as three special great grandchildren, Bryson, Karlee, and Kaley. The funeral service of Tommy E. Barnhill will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Greer and Rev. Fred Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens with casket bearers being Josh Sallee, Jeremy Sallee, Wayne Gillispie, Scotty Power, William E. Dawson, and Randy Power. Honorary bearers are Gary Power and Ron Wright. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. www.hintonturner.com
