Berry Sebastian

Berry Sebastian, of Paris, husband of Phyllis Adams Sebastian, departed this life on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Bourbon Community Hospital, having attained the age of 79 years.

Berry was born in Breathitt County on September 25, 1942, the son of the late Wardie and Dora Turner Sebastian, was retired from Bourbon Heights, were he worked as a janitor, and was a member of Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Sue Sebastian; two brothers, Jim Sebastian, Henry Sebastian; and a sister, Mary Cantrell.

In addition to his wife Phyllis, he is survived by a brother, Hiram Sebastian; two sisters-in-law, Opha Sebastian, and Viola Sebastian; two brothers-in-law, Ronnie Adams, and Johnny Adams. Also surviving is a good friend, Leisa Dean; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service for Berry Sebastian will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Floyd officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
