Clyde Colliver Obituary

Clyde Allen Colliver 88, husband of Roxie Crawford Colliver of 66 years passed away on Thursday January 12, 2023. He was a resident at North Point Nursing Facility in Lexington due to long-term Covid and other health issues.

A native of Lexington, he was born on November 15, 1934, to the late A.T. and Ethel Colliver. He was preceded in death by one brother Thomas Colliver and one sister Betty Colliver Watson and a son-in-law Woody Allen Berryman.

In addition to his wife, he was survived by his 3 children, Theresa Allen Berryman, Clyde Timothy Colliver (Linda), of Lexington and Treva Colliver Brown of Anderson, SC. 6 grandchildren Joy Durham, Tiffany Colliver, Justin Colliver, Whitney Brown all of Lexington. Nathan Brown (Stephanie) and Logan Brown (Kameron) of Anderson SC. 8 great grandchildren Wyatt Colliver, Landon Brown, Skyler Brown, Waverly Watts, Juliette Givens, Knox McCoy, Connor Brown, Jaslynn Givens and soon to be Sarah Anne Brown.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday 1-21-23 at Clark Legacy Brannon Crossing. Visitation will be 11 am – 1pm with service to follow at 1 pm. Officiating the service will be Mark Dunn of Macedonia Christian Church. The interment will be at Evergreen Memory Gardens on Monday 1-23-23 at noon.

He was a retired tobacco farmer of 42 years and a retired mechanic of 60 years at a Chevrolet dealership.
