Lila Josephine (Turner) Rankin

Lila Josephine Turner Rankin, was born on February 28, 1928 in Richmond, KY to Thomas and Susieana
Turner. Lila transitioned to her heavenly home on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the age of 95.

She is preceded in death by her husband Deotha N. Rankin. Also, by her brothers and sister Andrew
Turner Sr, Herschel Turner, Nathaniel Turner, Robert Thomas Turner, and Margaret Maxberry.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, William Rankin and Daetha (Sr.) and Deborah Rankin.
Additionally surviving are her grandchildren April (Sean) Allen, Daetha (Beverly) Rankin II., Erika (Greg)
Linton, Nakia (Ernest) Raglin, and Demetrius (Kimberly) Rankin.

The memory of Lila will be cherished by a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
