Lloyd Feddars, Jr., 89, of Lexington, beloved husband of Eurbie B. Feddars, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
He was born August 19, 1933 in Bourbon County, a son of the late Mary Rison Feddars and Lloyd Feddars, Sr.
A U.S. Army veteran, Lloyd was retired from IBM and attended Gardenside Baptist Church. In his younger years, Lloyd enjoyed fast pitch softball and bowling, having bowled the first 300 game in Lexington. Being a sports fan in general, he enjoyed cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, the Reds and the Bengals.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: a daughter, Pamela (Jake) Noble of Lexington; a sister, Emma (Harold) Boiu-Barber of Michigan; a brother, Billy Ray (Judy) Ogger of Lexington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by: a brother, Warren G. “Dusty” Feddars; and two sisters, Mick Freeman, and Jody Barber.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road officiated by Pastor Donnie White. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday, August 25th at the funeral home. Burial will be at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Bourbon County.
