Steven Dwayne Trumbo

Steven Dwayne Trumbo, 57, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his residence in Paris, KY.
A native of Paris, KY, he was the son of Elizabeth Trumbo and the late Russell Clay Trumbo, Jr. He was an employee of Food-Lion for 18 years and later an employee with Wal-Mart in Paris for eight years. He was a Deacon of the First Baptist Church, 8th Street in Paris, where he also was the Vice President of the Youth Group and he taught several youth classes at Vacation Bible Schools, a member of the Men’s Choir, Layman’s Choir and Men’s Sunday School. He was also a member of the Laymen’s Ministry of the Consolidated District Association. He graduated from Paris High School, Class of 1982.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, KaSandra Hogue; one sister, Sara Trumbo; two brothers, Gary Trumbo and Shawn Trumbo; one grandson, Elijah Banks; three aunts, Mary Trumbo, Anna Elizabeth Trumbo and Peggy Blackburn; three uncles, John Trumbo, Charles Trumbo and Bobby Garrett.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Trumbo; paternal grandfather, Russell Clay Trumbo, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Sara Garrett and maternal grandfather, John Russell Garrett.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the First Baptist Church, 128 West 8th Street, Paris, KY by Rev. John Reese. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday, October 26th at the church.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Trumbo, Gary Trumbo, John Trumbo, Charles Trumbo, James Russell Trumbo Jr. and Elijah Banks.
