Susanna Dailey

Susanna York Dailey, 36, of Paris, departed this life too early on May 2, 2021. Susanna was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 10, 1984, the daughter of Peter R. Dailey IV and Betsy Allen Dailey, was a lifelong resident of Bourbon County, graduate of the class of 2002 of Bourbon County High School, and college graduate of the University of Kentucky, having attained her bachelor’s degree in communication. She was a loving mother, daughter, fiancée, and friend. She was dearly devoted to her children and all their activities. She was preceded in death by her sister, Julia Katherine “Katy” Dailey, and Uncle Jamie Dailey.

In addition to her loving parents Pete and Betsy Dailey, she is survived by her fiancée, Michael Kirk; children, Sawyer Dailey Kirk, Nash York Kirk, Chapman Michael Kirk; and a host of loving family and friends.

The funeral service for Susanna York Dailey will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Bedford Acres Christian Church with Rev. David Casey and Rev. Jim Hutchison officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery with casket bearers being Thomas Sargent, Nate Allen, Chad Rankin, Thomas Chase Gullett, Jeremy Wigglesworth, and Jason Graves. Honorary bearers are David Abrams, David Allen, and Larry Poole. Visitation will be on Thursday night at Bedford Acres Christian Church from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. www.hintonturner.com
